2025 Website Registration and Trial Registration - please read this carefully before proceeding to register!
Registrations are now open for the 2025 season. If you could please complete the registration form so that you are in our database. If you are having any issues with registering, please email Carole at treasurer@waikirikirihockey.co.nz to get this sorted for you.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not registering for the winter season with the fees yet.
We will still be asking you to register for that via PlayHQ once CHA has set the fees and we open up the payment links.
MEMBER CONSENT FORM:
- As required under Clause 7.4 of the Constitution the applicant consents to be a Member of Waikirikiri Hockey.
- Upon acceptance of the applicants members to Waikirikiri Hockey the Member undertakes to notify Waikirikiri Hockey if any of their contact details change.
